A few weeks ago, on this forum, I read about a simple solution to check on the battery's and alternator health and as suggested on the thread I decided to purchase a voltage meter that plugs into the cigarette lighter. I was quite skeptical as they are only a few bucks to purchase, but what the hell, nothing ventured nothing gained. I received the meter a couple of days ago and have used a few times as I'm out driving the car and it appears to work quite nicely. The range reported by the meter has been from a low of 13.9 to a high of 14.4. They dare available on Amazon and Ebay…..
