Default Best place to buy coolant hoses for 4.2 supercharged

Suspected leaking hose/-s under supercharger and stripped to stage where all the coolant hoses are now accessible. Who would be the best shop (price and quality wise) be to buy these hoses from - I intend buying the complete set.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum Trev1,

That rather depends on your Continent. The large city of Pretoria in South Africa or the smaller Pretoria's in Georgia and Pennsylvania, USA ......

Thanks Graham

I am in Pretoria, South Africa, right at the southern point of Africa; however, am willing to import the parts if necessary.

Do you not have a dealer in South Africa?

Yes we have dealers in South Africa; however, their markup is +150%. Also, I am thinking of putting silicone hoses instead of the normal ones.

Trev,

If you are looking to import, UK suppliers probably have the best pricing structure. Here are two examples listing OE hoses:

If you switch to silicone you will want to make sure that whatever coolant you use does not contain 2-EHA, as it is not compatible with silicone.
