Shipping can be expensive so a local Jaguar dealer or Lincoln dealer is probably your best bet for a clip or two(call and see if they will mail the clips to you).

Found some here:
Best deal pack of 10 $12.68 shipped for me
10 pack for lincoln LS

Radiator Cover Clip

and here:
CLIP - Terrys Jaguar Parts

and the Lincoln LS version here:
Radiator-Sight-Shield-Push-Type-Retainer-N20518
Kopavi:

Great research........

So interesting to see the major difference in pricing:

Motorcars Ltd Parts $33.40 for 10 pieces
Terry's Jaguar Parts $26.10 for 10 pieces
Northland Fasteners $21.96 for 10 pieces
Clips and Fasteners $8.61 for 10 pieces

Learning a good lesson here from the forums....anything with the name Jaguar attached whether Jaguar OEM of after market is EXPENSIVE.

I will see today if Auveco will sell small quantities direct to us and advise.

Just got and installed two cheapo air filters for $14 apiece. Took 10 minutes total for both. No brainer here guys.

Default Cabin filter on 2004 XK8 ?

Just purchased a 2004 XK8 convert(US). Seems there is some uncertainty whether there is a cabin filter on this auto.
Any one know for sure and, if there is, where is it?

It would be called out in your owners manual but you are in the wrong forum. 2004 XK8 is an X100. You're in the X150 forum which is for 2006.5 and up.

I have back up filters that are not with carbon. Ones that I washed with the garden hose, from backside to front, and left on a shelf for a slow dry.

Non-charcoal filters do keep out the physical stuff, leaves and such. But the activated charcoal filters keep out the stinky stuff, diesel exhaust, burnt oil and gas fumes, etc., when in recirc mode. Huge difference. I always run in recirc in traffic and unfortunately pay the price for the charcoal filters, but it's worth it to me.
