Anyone had this problem? There is a paper thin chrome plate over the plastic surround around the shift gate. It is starting to peel and is very sharp. I hear the entire shifter assembly needs to be replaced??? Say what? Any chance my cpo warranty will cover this? Thx, Tom

 

Same problem with the shifter gate chrome. Dealer replaced under warr. Just get there before it runs out.

 

I've got the same problem with mine. Warranty runs out in July so I will bring it to my dealer's attention.
