Default Cold garage......okay for storage?

I know people often talk about heated storage being best for a car but what is the worry about cold storage?
My garage is insulated but still drops to about 35 deg in the winter.
Anything I should do besides battery tender?
Of the 4 months in storage it only sees that low of a temp for a month or so
Please advise
Thanks for your input in advance

No problem storing any car in an unheated garage in your climate. Best to store it with a full tank of gas so as to avoid condensation. A Battery Tender will keep your battery charged and fresh.

As learned with my other cars, I place a 10mil poly vapour variorum on the floor of the garage, then park the car on top of the barrier. It prevents the moisture flicking up through the concrete to the car. Also aids in identifying any leaks should they occur.
FWIW.

Also make sure you protect from mice . I used to set traps around the car and also have an ultrasonic mouse unit plugged into the wall next to the car. There are other protections so find the one that works for you. Mice like wire insulation.

Thanks Jagtoes, I forgot to mention that! Those little rascals devoured some of my firewall and hood insulation. I thought the Jaguar emblem would have been enough to scare them away ;-b.

New England is having frigid weather. Going to check in on my car tomorrow in storage since end of November.
