Hi everyone,

So I noticed that when they renewed my roof they actually destroyed part of my car.. I'm missing the convertible top hinge cover tension strap .. I found the spring laying around in that area, but the cover and strap are nowhere to be found.. so I need a new one for that

Any Idea where can I find a strap+cover (or the entire white thing) to restore it.. and perhaps some clips as well.. (see pictures)

 

Ok, maybe it’s a terminology thing, but the cover is clearly there in the photo, sitting in the open position (the half tube with exposed spring are attached to its bottom). So are you actually just missing the other part of that tube (and whatever else it would have contained), and the pull cord?

 

correct only missing the cap + wire (and I think the wire uses the spring as tensioner - so also need that back part..)
