Convertible Top Repair Shop Recommendations?
Hello, can anyone point me to a top repair shop in the San Francisco Bay Area, preferably on the Peninsula? My 2007 XK's top has had its second loss of hydraulic fluid. The first time, about two years ago, I had a shop which does a lot of top and interior work replace a few of the lines with better quality ones. The leak was coming from the driver's side, one of the lines had rubbed against the mechanism. The shop had the new line in, and then saw when testing that a pinhole leak had developed on one of the other lines. So they replaced that also. Well, now the leak is on the other side, I can't quite pinpoint it but I don't think it is the ram.
While I don't see an express rule against naming shops that do good work, I suppose it could fall under promoting. So, if that's an issue, perhaps just naming the town or city where the shop is located would be okay? If not, I'd appreciate direct messages. The shop I used last time was a fair distance, and the labor bill ended up being quite hefty. I'm not criticizing their work or rates, I'm just hoping to find a shop that's both closer to me and a bit cheaper for the work that I need. It's also of course important that they actually know how to work on these, I can send them to the video for DIY that the line manufacturer put out, but someone who's worked on Jaguar X150 tops would obviously be ideal. The top system, at least for me, is becoming something of an Achilles' heel for this model, now that they are all over 10 years old. But I do like my droptops. Thanks for reading.

Thanks Stuart, that is the video I was referring to. It's good to have it handy as I may need to show it to the shop, when I decide on one. The video is so well done I was almost convinced that I could do it myself.
