Default Coolant Temp, Oil Temp, Vital Data Inquiry

I am for the first time getting a OBD2 reader to monitor engine temp. My 2012 XKR is on its 5th water pump but has never had the front or rear coolant manifolds changed out. When it was having issues, the only issue brought to my attention was water pump seeping and possible eventual failure. Now, whenever there is a water pump seep or leak, the dealership/indies want to do a complete change out of all the pipes at about 5-6k cost cause the supercharger needs removed etc etc.

I will eventually have this done and my 2013 XKR-S is in the indy shop having this done now but until then with my 2012 XKR I want a live stream of data regarding coolant, oil temp, engine temp, if possible. I saw a OBD2 gauge that will give engine temp that I can have plugged in when I drive and bought it off amazon. As of right now there is no coolant leaks noted and the coolant level is stable each and every drive.

Point of the post sorry for being long winded:
What is the normal range of temps F/C for the XKR supercharged V8 engine... thanks!

Loth

I find that it normally ranges between 192 d f at 55 mph+ on a freeway and 215 d f if stuck in very slow traffic on a very hot day.

I found the 5.0 liter would run 220-232 in cold weather and 190-212 (mostly under 200 F)in very hot weather. Also noticed coolant leaks even very small ones would increase coolant temps and once repaired, decrease coolant temps.

"A pod gauge"'
I picked this one. Kilometers/hour, engine temp, alternator voltage, all at once. I think temp is only in C degrees (85 to 95). And other readings are available. 38 beans ($USD), plug and play.

It was about 90F and humid Saturday in cbus, OH. Highest engine oil got was 222 in stop and go driving. Mostly averaged 210 on freeway. Sunday much cooler about 70 degrees. I noticed going 70mph on freeway and 70 degrees it was pretty stable at 199. Im on my 5th water pump (last 2 because they were in there and i just told them to replace it)...... unfortunately its not on updated plastic coolant pipes
