Nice time! What tires did you use?
I thought about taking mine to the local track, but then I remember how much it cost to replace the Alcon brake pads and rotors. They are my only regret about getting the Portfolio.

Tires are Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ 285s rear and 255s front, which I believe is OE. Would love set of spare rear wheels with maybe 295 drag radial just for track days, but I'd be afraid then of breaking a halfshaft or diff or trans damage. I foot braked it from about 2k RPM, and rolled on the throttle to full. Anything more aggressive either smoked the tire or nanny interrupted. I definitely think I can get into 12s, gonna shoot for 12.9, maybe 12.8.
My local track has a fairly generous run off so no need to really hammer the brakes, saves 'em a bit. But I understand, and also a reason I haven't taken it on a road course, well that and closest one being 4-5 hrs away. Brake pads I can find reasonably the Alcon Rotors are more difficult and way more expensive, as you know.
All in all, it was a blast. Definitely recommend going at least once.
I already responded in another thread but here it is again. With our tune you will do much better , I'm at 12.5 at a high altitude track and with a 4.2 Xkr convertible which is 200lb Havier.
