Hi all

I've decided to start looking for an XKR and got my heart set on a silver car. While not the most exciting choice I already own a 1967 Opalescent Silver Grey S1 E-type do I would love to have a matching pair of jags.

With my budget I am probably looking at a early 06/07 car and was wondering if there were any different silvers available? I know other manufacturers like Porsche offer premium silver paint colours (GT silver) etc. Also looking at some of the newer 2011 onwards cars they seem to have a much brighter finish so did Jag change the colour over the cars life?

Any help would be much appreciated
