Default Drivers air bag - special tools needed ?

Hi folks

I need to change the clockspring (C2P20958) on my 2006 X150 to resolve some errorcodes. Looks like a simple enough job but the workshop manual mentions the need for a special tool for removing the air bag - 501-120.

Has anyone removed the air bag on one of these cars, would a generic kit like this have the equivalent ? Brand New 12pc Airbag Removal Tool Set Kit Air Bag Remover | eBay

Frank,
As a retired Engineer and over 50 years repairing jags, cars, boats, motor homes I just took mine to the dealer for a new clock spring.
I don't mess with air bags; just me................

Cheers, Adrian
