It looks like a bronze left hand one is for the F-Type is T2R1042 and the RH one is T2R1043.

How did you get these numbers? They comeback as only $52 each?

That is really inexpensive! Too bad they are so damn tiny. I wonder why the Evoque ones are 5 times the price?

fantastic then and greatly appreciated. The red ones look great but sorry for something like 5 times the price the F type paddles will do.

Paddles ordered.

Aren't the bronze-colored F-Type paddles made of plastic? The F-Type accessories brochure has optional aluminum paddles, which are probably the same price or more than the Range Rover paddles.

I would assume the large price difference is due to plastic vs. aluminum.

Right, because $.10 worth of aluminum costs $400 more than $.05 worth of plastic…

Of course I was quoted $900 for a the Portfolio shifter surround made of aluminum also, but changing the 7 interior trim parts to engine turn aluminum is only $1000…go figure.

The F-type paddles are the same size and made of plastic just like the XKR paddles, only a different color. Have to pass on that.

The aluminium ones are taller and metal which is why I like them....but I don't $500 dollar like them.

I will email Mina today and see if they might get started on the CF paddles since there is so much interest.

I liked the Coke commercial, it would have been nice to see the new paddle shifters in it. Car sounds great.

My dealer wants 800 for the RR paddles! I'm thinking F-Type paddles now.

Thanks guys, just ordered the Silver Aluminum paddles! Does anyone know the torx bit size? I need to order a set and want to make sure the correct size is included.

Good choice...they should look and feel great, much better than stock I think.

Mina emailed me back about making the CF paddles and I directed them to this thread. With any hope maybe they will come up with a more affordable solution.

The price is kind of nuts but I hate plastic interior trim with a passion. Carbon Fiber would look really good as well.

I was looking after updating the paddles to red ones but $500 to 600 for the oem didn't make sense for me...
So a little challenge could be fun
I bought a set of used padles, careful painted them, and here it is

They really pop and do add some finesse to the classy interior, but it could be only me so make your own decision

Yeah, it's only you.
But hey, you're the person who has to deal with 'em, so if YOU are happy, that's all that matters.

Danny,

Your 2008 XK's interior is classic British style, with all the leather and burl wood. Your car is rare because it has Adaptive Cruise Control. But the red paddles just aren't my style.

My aftermarket paddle extensions attach to the OEM paddles and follow the curvature of the steering wheel.

Different strokes for different folks ...

Where did you get the extenders from?
