Fixed the Bluetooth issue... kinda
Went to the AT&T store today with a view to simplifying my phone plan and getting another simple phone that would work with the Bluetooth in my 2008 XKR. An older guy working in the store took one look at my 2009 LG360 and asked if I'd had problems when trying to use it with the car system. "Those were notorious for having issues". Now they tell me.
So, we picked out a simple phone, an AT&T Z222 and took it to the car to test it. It CRASHED every time it received an incoming call while paired with the car.
Large amounts of WTF from all who observed this behaviour. So, the evil day has come, I had to get a Nokia 520 Windows phone which appears to connect to just about anything. I hate the size, but what am I supposed to do, abandon the car system and just go headset? I'll get another pouch for it at the next gun show, there is always a guy there selling the little leather cases with a belt clip.
