I would check out carsdirect.com to figure out the most you should have to pay...then negotiate from there. I've done that on several car purchases and it worked very well.

Not sure as its so new, but I would check the kelley blue book while your waiting for others to chime in. I understand depreciation hitting a little, but it can't be that much. I'd estimate $5k? <- thats a wild-***-guess BTW

I don't know if this helps, but I purchased my 2010 XKR from a Jaguar dealership in New Jersey in Dec. for 30% off MSRP. It was a factory demo with 4,500 miles on it. It came with the 6 year/100K mile warranty also.
Good Luck!

I would be more curious about this car's short history ..... why did someone sell it with 165 miles.... how did it end up at a Ford Dealership.... was it in an accident, etc................

It sounds silly to do a PPI on a car with 165 miles and covered by warranty .... I would want a body shop that I trusted to take a look for me.

good luck..... hope it's perfect and that I am way 'over cautious'

The car is being sold as new never titled. It is a Neiman Marcus Edition only 1 of 50 in the US? I am no longer interested they are at 105k not for me. I have found another new one at Jaguar in Naples only 30 min away msrp 99,495 asking 94,495. I may make an offer tomorrow? Thanks.
