Ghostrider,

Can you tell me if the front bumper is plastic or aluminum? Mine feels soft like plastic.

Thanks,

Nevette

I'm thinking the bumper itself is abs plastic? Maybe someone with better knowledge can let us know. The bumper was taken off by the shop (Eurotoys) so it's still there for some other mods. Therefore, I didn't see the inside of the bumper itself. Just washing the car, the bumper does seem alittle soft. I remember my C5 rear bumper was even softer. Before switching to the fiberglass Specter Werks rear fascia, I remember the OEM you can push in with your finger.....nothing wrong with that though.

Most OEM bumpers are polyurethane I think.

Thanks for the info. It seems very much like my C-5 was also. I heard a replacement cost around $1400.00. Could be wrong.
