Default How to remove the side vent on xkr-s

Hi guys

I am trying to wrap my car and the vent needs to be removed
but can’t find the way to remove it anywhere

please help me

Also, it seems the previous owner might have reassembled it incorrectly, because the two lower bracket legs are sticking out. Is it okay if I just tap them back in?

They are designed so they can only be removed from the inside. If you pry them off from the outside, the tabs will break. Remove the wheels and remove the liner and reach inside the fender with a needle nose pliers and push the tabs together. These tabs have a unique shape and are not available anywhere so don't break or lose them. There are 4 on each side emblem. The passenger side is tougher because the windshield washer reservoir has to be moved out of the way.

Unscrew and take the whole fender off if you know how to and wrap it that way
