Default Idle Clicking noise

Hi,

Today just before washing, I opened up the hood to check whether there are any weird noises and I heard slight ticking/clicking. I drove about 4km to a car wash.

Here's a vid:

What might that be? Maybe something else gets your attention?

Or maybe everything is alright and I'm being paranoid?

108k km mileage, oil changed every 10k km or sooner (planning on shortening that to 5-7k km).

EDIT: some more data:
- running 5w20 Liqui Moly oil, currently 8 months/7k km old
- ticking is not audible inside or with the hood closed

I've done SC isolator recently and been listening to the engine quite a lot trying to understand if my tensioners/chain need replacement and I must say yours sounds pretty decent to me. I cannot hear anything out of the ordinary.

The high pressure injectors are quite noisy during normal operation.

I'm no expert on Jag engines, so this is just my $0.02 worth - but that sounds like a lot of clatter to me. My XK engine doesn't sound anything like that. It's very quiet at idle.

Your car is a 4.2 engine without GDI. It's those pesky Gasoline Direct Injectors that cause such a ruckus.
