Default Jaguar XKR 2009 Coupe - Audio

Hi,
I am new on here, and looking for some help..
I recently bought a 2009 xkr in the UK which was a Japanese import. It is a beautiful car but I would like to sort out the radio on a couple of issues.
The radio frequency is set to Japans and is 70-90kHz, which is not compatible with the UK, we are 87-110.
I would also like to connect my android phone to the set up, to listen to Audible.
Therefore, is there any easy way to upgrade the radio set up which would solve these two problems, whilst retaining the look of the dash?
TIA
Bob

Subscribed as I want notices of the responses.
We all know Japanese spec’d cars are very different. I suspect you will need a new head unit… for an ‘09…. good luck with that.
As for your mobile music needs, there are plenty of threads on how to adapt the car to this wish barring the factory option.

It's been a while, but the CCF editor in SDD provides a number of market configuration settings for various modules, perhaps there's one for infotainment.
