i have a 2011 XKR convertible and i would like to close the rear windows when the convertible top is open to reduce the draught a bit. the manual says i can't but i wonder if there is a way to do it.

I second Stuart's recommendation. I have the remote top and rear window controller installed in my 12 xk vert. The capability of rear window closure with the top down is a major feature to me as well as the other two. 1.. Remote open & closure and 2. One touch operation of the built-in top controller (no longer have to hold button in open or closed position to operate top). All in all a wonderful addition to our Jaguar verts.

 

AND it looks so cool to have the top opening as you walk up to your car!
