Default Lower radiator hose replacement on an 07 xk

Is it possible to change this hose DIY? I am looking at it and it seems a bit hairy yet doable. Anyone else ever replaced one and have any tips?

It's straightforward. There are maintenance manuals in the top sticky's for both the 4.2 and the 5.0. Start there. Helps a lot to have the hose clip removal pliers to release the old hoses, because the clips can be hard to reach. The new hose set should have four clip holders that holds them open until the new hose connection is pushed onto it's connector. A 10 liter bucket should be plenty to drain existing coolant from the port on the bottom of the radiator. Helps to go in from the bottom, as well as the top. Save the old clips for future use if you ever need them, toss the old hoses. If the coolant is new, reuse it.
