I checked the DVD disk in the car and it lists all USA and Canada. However, the screen only shows Califonia highlighted in green on the map. (I live in Arizona.)
How can I get the system to show the entire USA?

 

There is a setting in 'Settings' or something like that where you can pick the Home State.
OR, and more likely, you may have only the Eastern disk. There are two disks on the official Jaguar disks, Eastern US and Western US. Go into the boot, right side where the slot is for the NAV DVD and eject that disk. Take a look as to what it says.

 

If it’s showing California, then he probably has the western disk in. Just need to reset the home state, as you said.

 

If it shows the entire state highlighted though, it may be the wrong disk. Pictures would have helped.

 

Start up you car and go to Navigation>Destination> (look at the lower center of the screen for the search area - state) click on the down arrow to choose a new state, a list of states will open, scroll up or down to choose the state you want, alphabetical order. Make your choice, click 'OK' on right. Your are now in that state only. Do this for each state you want to search location for.
