9 months since I ordered and received a working backup camera interface its in and it works ,As for customer service they really don't have any ,I returned a non working unit well over a month ago after waiting 7 months for that unit and was consistently told they had shipped a new one I had to repeatedly ask for a refund and was only told that I would have to send the unit back so 9 months and its over I am letting everyone know my experience with this company to let you know that it wasn't worth it to me with all the other options out there ,If you venture to their site they don't have this unit showing anymore so maybe that's a sign My thanks to all those who helped with the original posting.

whoops, misread the first sentence but your pain is over and you have a working back up camera which is in the end, the important thing.
