Need an indie in central Florida

Just made the move from the NE (Delaware/Philly area) to sunny central Florida and was looking for suggestions for a good/trustworthy indie mechanic near my new home (Montverde, about 20 miles west of Orlando).

I can highly recommend All Jaguar in Longwood FL. Just South of Sanford. Ask for William
