Default New wheels

Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to give a shout out to Rimmer Bros in the UK. I bought a set of brand new Kalimnos wheels from them for my 2011 XK. Even with shipping, it was $800 cheaper than I could find them for in the US. I've also ordered other things from them in the past and they have always saved me money!

Bill

That's a really good thing. Also no VAT in shipping to US.
You DID get the correct offsets though, right? I ordered some Nevis wheels and they tried to ship me the same Nevis wheels with the offset for an XF, which sink the wheel into the car quite a bit and look crazy-weird but still 'fit'.

I did double check the part numbers and offset. They are a staggered set.

I got the same advantage the other way round. Purchasing a Jaguar sunshade for my XK from Jaguar Land Rover Columbia in SC. There was no US taxes with the added bonus of free shipping.

I think they were surprised anyone in England would want or need a sunshade but I got plenty of use out of it in Spain.

That's a good price Graham - a generic one that I use and have to cut to fit is around $30 here in Canucksville.

I didn't set out to purchase in the US but a WTB advert in MARKETPLACE brought no replies and an online search revealed they were no longer available from Jaguar. The competitive price amazed me given Jaguar Land Rover Columbia were the only dealer with stock. Just like Bill with the Kalimnos wheels from Rimmer Bros in the UK, I was delighted the supplier was prepared to ship overseas and give such a good deal.
