Default No Lights working on the Trunklid - Backup/third brake light/tag Lights

Friends,

Good evening - I seem to have a problem and have struggled to find an answer or even direct advice -
I do not have any of the trunklid based lights working (backup lights, 3rd brake light, tag lights, ect..) so I know it is not a bulb issue -
There doesn't appear to be a fuse associated with these lights -
I have the trunk liners out and can access the wiring harness - now where to go in a logical order??

Any support is greatly appreciated - I will snap photos and upload my progress.

Best,

Ash

I would expect a ground issue some where in the trunk:

Default Thanks

MacJag222- thank you very much and that makes perfect sense -

Do you by chance know specifically where to look inside the trunk lid or trunk area for that ground location? I have already removed the formed carpet pieces.

Thanks so much, Ash

McJag222,

Wow - thanks! That is awesome. I am out of town this weekend but will tackle next and document my progress based off of your kind assistance.
I hope I can pay forward to another owner.

Best,

Ash
