Default No power to the doors and central locking

After replacing the battery, the windows, mirrors and central locking stopped working. The electric seat adjustment on the door works fine. Any ideas?

Is the battery fully charged? It should read at least 12.4 volts.

I think you have a typo, the required minimum is 12.6 volts.

It is fully charged the car starts normally. The mirrors don’t fold, and the switch panel is not illuminated. Everything else works as expected.

Perform a Hard Reset as it is the fastest and easiest way to solve myriad problems;
Remove both batter cables from the battery, touch the cables together for several seconds without using any connection to the battery.
Reinstall cables to the battery.
Reset window travel.

Now just need to sort out the adaptive headlight fault. The driver side (uk) is pointing down and inside and the asf light on the dashboard is flashing. Any ideas?

Swap the housing modules left-for-right and see if the fail follows the module or stays with the housing. Could be either that module, the housing is jakked, or the main module but I forget where that is.

Check the ground lugs for corrosion - located behind the front strut on the chassis. Easy check, jack up and remove the wheel.

^^^ That too, I forgot about it. I'm in a desert and don't have corrosion, so I don't remember it's a thing sometimes.

Hi Cee Jag and McJag222

i have swapped the afs modules (the black box attached to the headlight) from right to left and the fault has followed the module. Would that indicate to a faulty asf module? I have ordered one on eBay, do they need to be reprogrammed?

Also I have taken the wheel off the other day but there’s no grounding cables in the wheel arch 🤔

Yep, that'd be a bad module on the housing itself. It's an easy fix, just replace what you already did.
Sorry, I've been out of the country for a week.

Hmm just did that and now both are looking straight with my old module whereas previously one of my modules seemed ok and the other one was looking done and to center

You MAY have had a bad connection in there somewhere. You may want to get some of that electrical contact cleaner stuff and clean both sides of all the connectors. You may have lucked out.

Do you know if the asf module needs to be coded or programmed?
