My new Coupe (5.0 NA from 2009) is now registered. I bought the car from the local Jaguar dealer here in Cologne, 66500km on the clock, complete service book, new 20" tires, new brakes and - surprise, surprise - a complete new engine from Jaguar with now the first 200 kilometers (the bill for the engine swap was roundabout 14000€). Colour outside ultimate black with ivory interior.
This is my second XK (X150) - I had a 3.5 Coupe from 2009 four years ago.

Without going out in the pouring rain to check my car, I'll rely on the Workshop Manual!
As I recall, the splash shield has two spring nuts at the rear outer edge. The air deflector has a "tongue" which engages in a square slot in the splash shield:
The wheelarch liner goes over the top of the deflector which is then fixed with two M6 x 21 torx bolts pasing through the matching holes in the bottom of the wheelarch liner into the spring nuts.

These "air deflectors" I have spent quite a bit of time trying to hunt down replacements. Is there a more "official" name or part number you know of as I keep getting skunked in my searches? Thanks
Oh, and my obligatory picture addition:
