Actually looks brilliant!

I've never been a fan of black wheels on our cars (except for white or xkrs) to me it cheapens the xk150... However with a black window reveal it looks superb !! well done !!

Thank you I saw a photo on here of another silver XKR with the retrofitted "black-pack" and thought it looked good so I stole the idea. I had a set of the main front grilles in black which I had on my previous 4.2 XKR, took them off before trading the car in so it wasn't too much more to do, just the window trims and the wheels which needed a refurb anyway. I think it modernises the car just a little, not too much to look "try-hard" but adds a little drama compared to the totally silver and chrome look before.

Hello. Could you tell me about your wing please? thanks. I drive at tracks a couple times a year and am interested in some downforce.

Default XK Dynamic R

Start off with a couple pics:

Never been a big fan of chrome wheels, while I do like the final fifty style

I’m leaning towards the Rohana style shown here:

Opinions on style, quality, other suggestions all welcome. More pics to come when the light is right.

Looks like nice weather for a week into your winter. As you might know we are experiencing record setting highs with the last several days on the West Coast into the 40C range. Heard on the radio Canada set an all time high of 45.6C over the weekend.
Beautiful car, what is the Jaguar name for that color?

V7Sport, Thank you, it was a long, patience consuming search! Are you a Moto Guzzi fan / owner / rider?

Yes, I was. Had a 1974 V7sport (that I traded an old lawn tractor for) which is the only motorcycle out of many that I regret selling. Well built, simple, and clever engineering. Fast enough for me!
Too old now to ride anymore with all the road traffic and distracted drivers.
Your patience paid off indeed!

i think it is called whisper grey. It is a stunning colour coupled with interior. Unlike the Portfolios in this colour it does not have a chocolate dash, it is all the same colour. I also have Alcon brakes and a smaller pulley
