Finally paid a visit to dealer re phone module. Hoping that it just needed a software update/refresh. But nooo....it's gone, no communication. $1400 for new one, installed.
So, need a little help. They gave me the part number C2P14821.
Looking on EBay I found one with this description C2P11342 (6W83-10D893-AE) and on the picture the proud lettering "FoMoCo".

Hoping someone can lookup and give me the 6W83 type number for my module so I know what I'm looking for.

You want to update it if you can. Any of these will work, with the last one coming from an 09MY -9w93-10D893-AA. (works with more phones).

Be patient and they will pop up on eBay for a reasonable price ($175)

There is one out there now (9W83-10D893-AB) but a little more expensive. I'll keep watching.
