HI I also have an XK 4.2 Coupe year 2007 and wanted to confirm that i can use engine mounts C2D2745/ 8W83-6A003-BA/C2Z6265/C2Z5066/C2P17845/C2Z5066 which all seems to be compatible with 6W83 6A003AE or C2P20052?

Noting the 6W83-6A003-AE WER so nobody has to dig for it.

As I am about to do the engine and trans mounts, I’d love to keep it as cheap as possible, without a lot of risk.
Trans mounts are cheap, but the going rate new for 07-09 x150 jag part engine mounts are over $300.
No Bueno for a part that used to be 80-90 bucks.

I read 3 other threads on this (and whatever was linked within the thread), most quite old. And none with full resolution.

There are some used mounts on eBay around $125 for a pair. That can be a last resort. Used is used and by the time the Indie inspects them, I’ve eaten the cost.

Has anyone done mounts recently? (18mos or so)
I know you guys are a bunch of tightwads, like me, so if there is a cheaper solution, I’m confident you’ve found it.

Lists other models but looks right, and i can knock out both engine and a trans mount in one shot.

 

motor mounts have been the same form since the first s-types rolled off the line. they’re all pretty much interchangeable
