Default Really need some help

2012 XK. I need to remove the headlight to change blown ts bulb. I have the service manual but no resemblance to my headlight. I have removed the three bolts but it will only move out about 1/2". There is no washer hose attached that I can see or release for locating pegs. Really need some help. Thanks

Post a couple pics of yours as I'm not familiar with them other than they should be like the earlier ones. Wiggle, wiggle, shake and out they come. The washer hose comes in from the side in front of the hood.

Got these off EBAY but exactly the same as mine. There are two mounting holes where two of the bolts go which you can see and a small post that lines it up for the third bolt.

Yeah, normal deal. Just pull the bolts and wiggle the housing until it walks out.

Well finally got the light assembly out. Had to remove most of the bumper cover bolts so that I could pull the cover away to get enough room to wiggle the housing it. Now how to I remove the multi pin socket (as pictured above)? I can turn it to unlock it but can't manage to pull it free. I don't want to bugger it up. Anyone have a service manual that shows how this is supposed to be removed. Again, thanks for all the input.
