Default Rear brake piston seized

Car failed MOT test the other day due to stuck rear offside brake. I had a look this morning and I'm pretty sure the piston is seized in the housing as it was very difficult to wind in or out.

Anyone had this before and managed to fix it? Are there service kits available for the XKR callipers?
