Well I screwed up! I went on Ebay an ordered a Red Growler Badge for my XKR and got it today in the mail and it's 70 mm and the one on the car is larger, probably 85mm. I know this has been covered on the XF forum but I did not see anything related to an XKR. After looking up the part number on the one I just received it is for a 2008-2011 XF. I called my local Jag dealer and they were of no help what so ever......... I'm sure there are ways you can modify the one on the car but I would really rather have an OEM part. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

P.S. The dealer said they only list part numbers not colors, dimensions or pictures!

 

P.S.S. I just looked at the order slip and it says it's for the XJR so I went out and compared it to the one on my XJL and it's the same size. The XKR's is larger! Maybe I'll put it on the XJL. Anyways if anyone has put a Red Growler Badge on the front of there XKR let me know. Thanks.

I just ordered it. Give me a minute to find the receipt. Thought I have it in my car but do not. I have it at home and will post this up tonight.

What is the color of this car. It's not Italian Red is it.

There is only Carnelian and Italian Racing Red for the 2014 models which is when the red badges started.

 

Sweet, the red hub center caps are only like $20 on ebay and give a nice refresh.

 

I already have those on the car. I had the calipers painted red and thought the red grille badge would top it off. I'll post pics once done.

 

Yeah, show us a pic when the transformation is complete ....

 

Darn, missed it by a year! I did opt for the red wheel center badges, but the red grill badge was not an option in 2013.

The Jag F1 team used metallic green with red highlights, so there's a precedent:

 

I say go for it Guy! If you don't like it you can change them back. Not that much out of pocket as far as expense.

 

I think it would look awesome, all the Jag racing is red, green and white ....
