I have a clicking relay in the rear seat fusebox (auxilliary junction box), which is immediately above the F34 fuse (mine happens to be a grey Ford relay). What does that do / is there a diagram of relays? I have the fuses guide up but that only lists the fuses

 

Looking at the schematic for R-1, it appears to be the blower motor relay
The car is in some odd diagnostic mode having wired up a Mongoose/SDD... relay has been clicking for 20mins. Should I disconnect the battery to reset computers? Nothing is working about the car other than the lights (boot does not open, key is stuck in the holder) Any suggestions welcome!

 

Disconnected the negative terminal of the battery for ten minutes and the relay was still clicking in an unresponsive car. Turns out the battery voltage was 7.8v having been charged up the other day!! It's charging now and I hope that will rectify some of these pieces!
