Just got a quick question i hope you can help me with.
When you lock the doors. The dealer told me to push the lock button 2 or 3 times. This activates the alarm and puts the computers into sleep mode. If you only push the lock button once and not start the car for a while you could get a flat battery because the comps are not in sleep mode.
The XKR is on its way here from the UK. I will check it all once it gets here. Just woundered what you guys do to lock yours.......cheers

It appears to be a more complex fob than the earlier XK8/XKR models.
