Replacing XKR-S front splitter...
I noticed it was in pounds after I posted, and VAT sucks. I got around on my Coilovers but UPS still charged me 180 for customs which was a lot less than the 800 VAT.
I have a few other guys I'm waiting to hear from and will let you know as soon I hear from them.
At least now you have a part number to search with.

If it's the carbon fibre front splitter (C2P21946) our price is $2080.00 to a club member. Please let me know if you need any further info. Regards William@SngBarratt.Com
William,
What constitutes a club member? JCNA or just a member of this forum?
Thanks,
Hamish
I know it won't make you feel any better but some idiot just hit my car and ran off. Luckily he just hit the wheel, but I have to send it off to HRE and who know how much that will cost and how long I'll be without the car.

Ahhh, crap. That sucks, brother.
As we are sponsors of the JCNA as well as Jaguar Forums.. Both
Man just got back from having it checked out and the wheel s straight just needs to be repainted. The rear toe was a little off but thats it. How a Ford Econoline hit just my wheel I'll never know but I'm happy thats all it hit.
Soooo, I spent some time on the phone with Chris from Mina... and I'm going to try their splitter first. It's also carbon fiber, but reinforced with fiberglass... and $600 shipped. Satisfaction guaranteed, with a warranty, too.
I'll post pics when it arrives.

Mina is up-front about how their piece is slightly less wide than the Jag splitter; there will be some small gaps on either side compared to the flush-fitting stock piece. I'm OK with that.

Don't worry too much, as the stock piece isn't perfect either. I had to adjust mine to center because the dealer left a small gap on one side after they had to replace it when they cracked it coming down the alignment rack. After being re-centered it looks better, but I wouldn't say it is flush mount.
Post some pics of the Mina part installed once you get a chance. Thanks!

That thing is fragile at best. I cannot see anybody lowering the XKR-S just because of that. I heard it is something in the realm of $3,000 from Jaguar and like $600 from Mina. Cannot comment on quality. I believe I saw somewhere the rear wing is $5,000 from Jaguar.
Many have had it replaced here so I am sure somebody will chime in with exact numbers because I really have no source for those.

OK, to put a bow on this thread and wrap it up...
The Mina splitter is installed... it took a bit longer for Cole European service to attach, mainly because the piece is not drilled and they took their time piloting for best fitment.
Here's the damaged original. The service advisor did the same thing I did, gently prodding the piece to get a sense of its attachment, and was similarly rewarded with carbon fiber splinters. So, a warning: if this happens to you, beware of splitter splinters!!! It's the main reason I had the dealership do this install.

Mina was very upfront about how their splitter differs from the Jaguar piece. Mainly this is seen at the sides, where there are gaps between the splitter and the air dam. By contrast, the stock splitter makes a perfectly flush fit. The Mina splitter is also fiberglass-backed, more sturdy, but still true carbon fiber and quite light. For some reason, these photos seem to show some "wave" in the pattern... in person, it looks like a normal CF grid.

...and here's the full effect; there's some road schmutz on it from my drive home:

Looks good and you saved a ton of money. The Jaguar replacement I received has a tiny gap on each side as well but unless someone is looking for it they will never know.
Good job and thanks for posting.
