Default Retrofit heated steering wheel - possible?

Anyone ever done this? Is it even possible to fit one to a car that didn't have this option originally?

If the wiring is not in the steering column then I think you would have to replace the column. You would also need to reprogram the nav. system to have the steering wheel heater control on the home screen and I would also bet you need the heater relay to complete the installation. So you may have to replace the steering column and the nav. screen if it is different from the non-heated wheel option.

Two of my cars have it ,two don't. Like it better than heated seats!

I figure it'd be easier and cheaper to sell the one car and buy another with it as an option.

A wee dram & gloves would be much cheaper!

Just a thought! Adrian
