Today someone touched my right side mirror and crashed the glass.

Jaguar XKR 2010

The mirror had dimming and heating function.

Questions:

1. Is the mirror common to other Jaguar models? (to search on ebay)
2. What's the part #?

I've found 925 0661 001 at a very good price.
From pictures seems the correct size/shape, but for newer models, with blind spot signal included.

 

Did your housing or mount get damaged in the incident? If not all you have to do is to replace the glass piece which will pop right in. the pics look like the housing and the mount did not get damaged. Also, I don't think it makes any difference if there is a provision for blind spot monitoring, it won't work as you don't have the sensors but the show through for the monitor will be there.

 

Your unit has the heated glass so you need to verify if the other part number unit is also heated glass.
