I haven't tried to install the replacement module yet. Things went from bad to worse when sdd crashed a second time.
I lost the rfa/kvm, bcm, and ignition control with start button.

The mongoose clone I bought did not have the Amtel chip, i think that may have been one of the issues.

Since then I have reinstalled SDD multiple times, bought a clone with the Amtel chip, which I replaced with a genuine DA dongle.

Yesterday I managed to get the bcm connected. Today I'll start on the rfa.
The roof module issue is last on my list if you want to close off this thread.

I am still learning the ins and outs of SDD, making progress but slowly...............

 

No not interested in closing it out until you found the fix. Didn't mean to rush, just curious on your progress.

 

Managed to get the RFA online today, configured as new, pulled and replaced the RFA fuse as software download was starting. Had to try a few times but it worked in the end. I'm getting closer!.

 

I replaced the ftcm with a used one, programmed as new and it works!
