Great British car show in Woodley park in Van Nuys this Sunday. Lots of Jags. Free to spectators. Jay Leno usually shows up.

should be a beautiful day with a terrific turnout. Hope to meet some new forum members we haven't met before. As Ralph said we'll be there brite and early.

K150s, various sedans, another two or three X150s and another Forum member. There was also a C type, purportedly driving by Stirling Moss at LeMans. Strange, but NO F types. Unfortunately on the way there this morning Tberg's ECU acted up and he had to be towed home. Weather was downright hot and as usual Jay Leno showed up and had a crowd following him most places he went. All in all a good day enjoyed by all (less Tberg). I would guess that there were several hundred British vehicles at the park.

This is the first time in a few years that I missed (also just a couple of miles away). Shame on me

Will anyone be posting any pictures from this event?

Not me. Unfortunately I didn't use any of my cameras at this event this year. Maybe Tberg took a few before he left to nurse is XKR.

I will get some up late this evening. Just got home and have a few things to do first.

Over 20 beautiful E-types, several X150s, X100s, XJs, etc., but not a single F-type. I guess a Brit Car show is a little too old fashioned for them.

Makes me think that maybe we should start a thread of pix each of us standing next to our rides at car shows.....then I realized......no one would want to see my ugly mug! So I'm cool with catching a glimpse of you guys when they show up in threads here.

Ted - Its interesting. Although I saw Jay a couple of times and spoke with once, I never saw what brought this year. If you remember the C, that's where I saw him the first time. It looked like he was in the middle of a scrum. The second time he was walking by my car and said hello and nice car, etc.
