Just got this answer from ZF Germany

NB

Google translate..

"In the vehicle, the ZF 6 HP-26 gearbox is installed.
ZF recommends a gear oil change at 80 - to 120000Km.
It is swapped the transmission oil pan, new screws and a guide sleeve.
The Mechatronic is removed, replaced a sealing glasses and the converter squeezed dry with air.
The whole operation takes about 4 hours because the gear unit must only be filled cold.
Cost 495, - €."

Might do a drive down (500miles 900km) and have it done, and peace of mind...

The are charging a lot for labor. Can't be more than 2.25 hours to complete. If one of the service tech members are reading, please chime in...
