Default Unusual sound from wheel area.

I have this sound coming from my rear, left (uk nearside / passenger) wheel which appeared overnight and only occurs when turning left. It is cyclic with the speed of the wheels:

Sound from car wheel - YouTube

If it's a bearing, I've been told that when a sounds appears turning left expect the faulty bearing on the right. My sound appears near the left wheel when turning left, so possibly not a faulty bearing.

Any opinions appreciated.

Hard to tell but it could be a pad rubbing against the rotor due to a binding caliper piston.

A twig caught in the dust shield catching the brake disk?

It does sound like something catching but can't see anything when wheel is off and rotor removed.

The brake pads are in good shape. Sound doesn't increase with brakes applied.

The brake shoes are between 2.5 and 3 mm - will change these. Sound doesn't increase with handbrake applied.
