Are those standard Jaguar caps? Is the center bore Jaguar spec? I have found most aftermarket wheels to have a larger center bore to accommodate a larger variety of bolt patterns.

Not standard. Slightly larger opening. These aftermarket rims shipped with plain caps so I shopped around until I found these emblems. I thought these provided a tasteful OEM look.

Jaguar labelled center caps are imperative to make wheel look "Jaguar" like. I would not mount any aftermarket wheel if it did not have a marque specific center cap.

The emblem is 2.25". The dia. of my center cap is slightly larger at 2.5". The center caps of my OEM rims (Cremona 20") are approx. 2.25".

I picked up a set of these on ebay:

Jaguar Center Cap Wheel Badge Red & Gold Growler Set Of 4 MNA6249CB 95-97 XJ6 | eBay

although the ones I got have a silver growler instead of gold (couldn't find a listing for them now, as I bought them last year).

The 'dark red' cap is a pretty good match to my 'radiance red' paint, much better than the 'pinkish red' caps that came on the car.

Sorry about the darkish picture, snapped it in the garage last night.

Search through your eBay listing for your purchase history in eBay. That's how I found mine for posting here.

Duh-Oh! Didn't notice I had more than one page of purchased items last year. The link to the original listing is gone, but found that the seller still has them:

Jaguar Wheel Badge Set - Center Cap - Wheel Motif - 1988-2012 - Maroon/Silver | eBay

It doesn't show in the pictures, but there is a clear 'bubble' over colored portion of the emblem and the growler. Keeps his teeth clean.

I'm kind of partial to these from Mina which look outstanding on my black wheels on the XKR. (Pardon the poor photo and the water all around, it actually rained in Southern California last night)
