Saw this listing on ebay, tonight and was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts about what it would cost to restore electronics, engine, carpets....on this fresh water flood car?

It seems strange that the seller has two very similar cars advertised in different locations.

 

Looks like he is running a business (Chop Shop Cycle Salvage), so more than likely he buys these at auction & resells them for profit... so trying to get a bargain off him might not work. Perhaps lowball him, but realize that the car will never be worth much.
