Sorry, your correct.... I should have concluded this.

Turned out it was my cheap OBDC bluetooth adapter, Which I normally left plugged in while driving.
Pulled it, and never got the issue again.

Peace!
Vince

Then message alerts start rapid firing on the center display.
Engine overheat
Battery not charging
Cruse control unavailable
Cats system fault

Oddly, the car is still purring down the road...

Within 5 seconds the dials spring to life.

So I pull over, run a scan on the OBD port and only get two errors.
U0405 and U0155

I write them down and clear them. All the warnings go away except the Cats system Fault.

Curiouser and curiouser....
Watching critical thing like engine temp (Stable as a rock) I drive on.

An hour later... It does the same thing.... Pulled over... Same codes... reset, and now in a hotel researching an answer

Ideas?

I'll search more, but how do I do a full ecu reset? I'd like to see if that clears he cats error, as my ODB reader does no see it in the error tables.

Bad kitty..... (but I still lover her, and gave her a bath before pulling in to the hotel)

Thanks Vince!

I own a OBD-II bluetooth connector. Taking out immediately.
