excellent suggestion, but importing an international salvage car to the USA is near impossible.

Hi,
Have you been to Salvage Reseller ? I heard they have the Copart registered brokers to help you in the copart autos auction in USA.

I am the copart reseller/broker. I am licensed in all 50 states, and I use Manheim, TRA, QCSA, Copart, and IAAI. No 2010+ XKRs except one I took to $16,500 and it sold for $17K :-X ugh super regretting that.

I am in north olmsted / columbia station.

This one has been on eBay for a while.

Jaguar XKR XKR | eBay

I see them pop up from time to time on Autotrader & craigslist, as well as others, usually starting at around $15K and up.

Seems very overpriced for what it is.

I bought a car from this vendor about 5-6 years ago, and believe me, they are open to taking much lower offers. I bought a car with only 123 miles on it with quite a bit of body damage but no engine or structural, made a lowball offer, which was accepted, had it repaired and had a new car for half of what it would have cost. Still have the car with 80,000 miles on it.

Don't be afraid to make a very low offer.

Hey its great to know that you are copart reseller broker. I purchase and sale salvage cars from salvagereseller only . I trust them as they are the authorized copart brokers.

"PM me" means send me a private message. Posting your VIN makes it easy for thieves to scam victims. You can edit your post and delete it, but it may be too late.

@CDNXKR I see that you edited your post at 8:58 AM to delete the last 8 digits of your VIN.

And I don't get a "thanks" from you?

Didn’t realize you wanted validation, but thank you.

I don't want or need any validation from you. A simple "thanks" would have sufficed.

Stuart, I don't understand how VIN scams work. Seriously, please explain so we can be safe.

especially being that all I need to do is walk up to any car in a parking lot, copy the plate, then go over to the window and photograph the vin...
then follow you home and capture the address... sounds more like conspiracy theory to me.
