The whole article appears to be speculation. Until you see a Jaguar C-X release of some sort, believe very little.

 

I can agree there it seems there is a new XK replacement article every week. I just hope its not a giant 4500lbs GT car.

 

Yeah, they're just click-bait. Based on its own statements, Jaguar isn't planning to develop a GT car until 2016 or so; it's going to be too busy with the XE, the SUV, and updates to the XF and XJ. It can afford to let the F-Type carry the high-performance end of the market, for a couple of years, with fill-in from the hotrod XFs for people who want more practicality.

 

Yes, there are is much speculation. New XK release date not expected until 2017 or so. This means we have a few years before we get one-upped!
