These manuals are a real resource. I have the 4.2, the 5.0 and the early electrical manual for the 4.2 up to Vin X9009. Maybe a few others. If someone can find a place to store them for download, I'm glad to supply them. Panthera.

Would really appreciate any updates on this, i got a 1 day JLR Topix subscription and managed to download electrical for my chassis number, however it wont let me get the service manuals. If anyone knows any good tricks for downloading that site i have a subscription for another 20 hours...ill grab whatever it lets me download, which doesnt seem to be service.
If anyone knows of a service manual location for a 2013 XKR chassis B49434 i would appreciate it.

FYI Dropbox is the goto large file store in the business world, some levels of it are free? worth exploring?

 

I have both the 4.2 and 5.0 manuals, and have offered to upload them. I also have the 4.2 electrical manual. If the forum management can set up a place for them to reside, I'll be glad to upload them back to the forum.

I have no doubt that we could restore the full library to where it was, if someone can provide a place for it to be stored.

 

@GGG any idea where on TOPIx this JEPC catalogue is stored? it doesn't come up in search, the only reference is to EPC electronic parts catalogue which is also the three letter abbreviation for certain fault codes, i cant locate any kind of parts catalogue. I also cant download the service manual which is what i paid the subscription for. The only thing of use ive managed to download is the wiring diagrams.

 

In the interim while we wait for the powers that be to re-create a forum-based host, the downloads at JagRepair worked great. Much appreciated.

 

i could not make any of the downloads work on this site, i have a 2013 XKR, in need of service manuals.i have electrical. All the links i tried above on JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource were dead, i tried 3 different browsers, Chrome, Firefox, Edge.

Can anyone help me?

 

Guys I have posted this before but GGG is no longer on the forum. I mentioned it in this thread but back some time ago if your interested to look. He got cross ways with the owners of the forum and left and removed all the wonderful files he had uploaded.

Yes it would be nice to have a more permanent place to store these types of documents. I have regularly uploaded some of what I have but all the free places only keep the files alive for a short time.

I've proposed before that if site management would provide a place to put the files, we all have examples and I'm sure we'd upload our copies.

I have XK 4.2 and 5.0 maintenance manuals, the 810-JAG Engine management and diagnostics Training Manual and the XK Electrical guide VIN B0379 to B09096 (first year, XK 4.2)

BUT someone has to provide a place to park them!

Editorial: One of the key reasons I took the risk of a then-13 year old car was because of these manuals. As they age further, they are not "nice to have", they are a requirement!

Can site management help out on file storage for these so we can rebuild our library?

Not shouting -- just hoping someone will listen and consider how this helps members.

As has been said, none of those mediafire files exist anymore. "Why" is irrelevant.

Several (including me) have offered to upload our X150 libraries for common access, if Forum management would provide a place to do so.

No response as yet.

I have the pdf files but they're not accurate at all ive stripped 3 bolts already one being a main crank bolt and 2 being head bolts ive been forced to use my feelings and prayers

 

How could that happen? Are those TTY screws and you reused them? Or third party are not same quality? Or did it happen on removal? We need to know

 

Yes it's of no help without numbers? What did the manual say and what is the actual torque numbers?
