2010 jaguar XKR 5.0l S/C. Main bearing caps have 2 stages of torque and a torque to angle final, not torque to yield, the torque is to high for aluminum block and I pulled the thread had to helicoil . I think the repair manual i got from E-repair manuals might have a typo.
same thing with oil cooler bolts torque values may be to high pulled a thread on one.
The head bolts took a proper torque so the specs are ok on that . I used a fastner torque reference from online to compare torque standards to repair manual . I should have gone with the good and tight method.

The 5.0L service manual says 13Nm for torque on the oil cooler bolts.

Hi I have tried to access the manuals but they are flagging errors on the links, is there an update to them, many thanks for your help

The key you provided for file access was invalid. This is usually caused because the file is no longer stored on MediaFire. This occurs when the file is removed by the originating user or MediaFire."
