Hi everyone
im new and a little inexperienced on this subject, I need to change a few items on the rear of my xkr 2011 5l supercharged, eg, sub frame wishbones tie ends etc, I have a chance at a whole new rear subframe assembly complete with diff which has a ratio of 3.31, this is from a donor car reg 2014, does anyone know if the diffs are the same from year 2011 to 2014, if so or and, is there anything else I need to look out for

Diff is the same, to my knowledge (across all xkr 5.0 s/c). With rear suspension- it's not exactly the same. The are two variants - xkr (standard) and xkr dynamic pack (also xkrs). Many parts are the same, but there are slight changes (shocks, lower wishbone).

Putting xkrs GT aside as it's a different animal.

 

To know for sure, simply go to an OEM Jaguar parts website. Look up the E-diff for a 2011 XKR and a 2014 XKR and see if the part numbers are the same.
